The Advanced Energy Vehicle was a project that I completed over the course of an entire semester of ENGR 1182 as part of a team of three students. The objective was to create a "vehicle" that would use propellers to travel along a track with hills and stops to the end to pick up a caboose before travelling back, all while being a quick, energy efficient, and safe as possible. This project involved extensive use of SolidWorks, Arduino C, and the iterative design process.
My GitHub has several of my programming projects available on it, as well as a record of my contributions to various open-source projects. I'd like call special attention to the rrun and Project Euler projects as they are major personal projects that I spent a significant amount of time on. These projects also have their own cards and pages here.
For many of my classes, the homework was (and is) very math-heavy, so I decided to take the opportunity to teach myself typesetting with LaTeX. LaTeX is an industry standard in academia for writing technical papers and has been considered the gold standard of math typsetting since its inception. I now use LaTeX in place of a word processor like Microsoft Word as my go-to for document creation when others won't have to do any editing.
